2.Clean your dryer ventilation system – Hire a company to come and clean out your vents that are hooked up directly to your dryer. The will make sure that no dust, debris, or allergens are building up in the tubing. If you are highly susceptible to allergies you definitely do not want these things being blown directly into your home when the dryer is turned on.
3.Steam clean your carpeting – Your carpet along with all other linens and upholstery holds onto dust particles. You also are likely to be lying on your carpeting causing you to be in close contact with allergens. Give your carpeting a little TLC and really remove all of those things likely to aggravate allergies.
4.Protect your mattress and bedding - Utilize protective mattress and pillow covers. Our bed is a likely place for dirt and grime to collect. We lay in one spot for a lot of hours at a time.
